One Hour Myofascial Release Session

We offer John F. Barnes Myofascial release, a modality that provides gentle sustained pressure to release restrictions in the fascial system of the body. Fascia cannot be seen by MRI,CT-scans or X-ray it is a liquid system that intervals all cells and tissues and bones of the body.

Our Story

At Myofascial Release Studio, our journey began with a passion for wellness and a desire to share it with others. Maureen has been practicing body work since 1996 and in 2014 discovered Myofascial release. Maureen is an expert level therapist that focuses working on the fascial system of the body.
